• Conversion rates
• Business success

All services are provided on a best-effort basis using industry standards. Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, client decisions, and third-party platforms.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Supply all necessary content, assets, and approvals
• Respond promptly to requests for feedback or clarification
• Ensure you own or have rights to all materials you provide

TaurusLabs is not responsible for delays, defects, or failures caused by incomplete information, delayed responses, or third-party dependencies.

5. E-Commerce Services Limitation

TaurusLabs does not provide full e-commerce store setup unless:

• You already have an existing website with inventory loaded, or
• You have a POS system containing inventory that can be synced

TaurusLabs is not responsible for inventory accuracy, payment processing errors, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, or compliance with commerce laws.

6. Payments and Fees

All fees are:

• Quoted in writing
• Non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise

Payment schedules must be followed as agreed. Failure to pay may result in:

• Suspension of work
• Removal of access
• Termination of services

TaurusLabs reserves the right to charge late fees and recover reasonable collection costs.

7. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

All content provided by the client remains the client's property.

TaurusLabs Materials

All proprietary methods, code frameworks, templates, processes, designs, and tools developed by TaurusLabs remain the intellectual property of TaurusLabs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You may not resell, redistribute, or reuse TaurusLabs proprietary materials without written consent.

8. Revisions and Changes

Revisions are limited to what is outlined in the agreed scope. Requests outside scope may require additional fees.

TaurusLabs is not obligated to perform unlimited revisions or changes.

9. Third-Party Tools and Platforms

TaurusLabs may integrate or rely on third-party platforms including hosting providers, analytics tools, APIs, and payment processors.

TaurusLabs is not responsible for:

• Downtime
• Data loss
• Platform changes
• Pricing changes
• Service interruptions

10. Website Availability
